We use the Reserve Bank of India quarterly all-India index, which dates back to Q2 2010.
The National Housing Bank (NHB) also publishes a quarterly house price index for India called Residex. It is based on actual transaction prices, and covers house prices in many different regions of India.

This table shows the change in house prices during a single quarter, adjusted for inflation.
Adjusting house price rises (or declines) for inflation produces a more accurate picture of the change in value of housing than the usual nominal figures cited in the newspapers.
