The Ministry of Housing of Luxembourg publishes a quarterly house price index based on advertised selling prices of houses in Luxembourg. The price index is available in nominal and current prices. The time-series started in 2005.
STATEC Luxembourg releases quarterly and annual statistics on the selling prices of apartments, such as hedonic price index and average prices. It started in 2007.
