We use the Croatian Bureau of Statistics of the Republic of Croatia which releases a quarterly price index of new and existing dwellings. There are house price data for the whole country and for the capital, Zagreb.

Adjusting house price rises (or declines) for inflation produces a more accurate picture of the change in value of housing than the usual nominal figures cited in the newspapers.
