Paris property prices continue to surge, France stable in Q3 2010

Apartment prices in Paris and vicinity surged during the year to Q3 2010, while prices for the rest of France were generally stable. The average price of Paris apartments was €6,381 per sq. m, up 9.7% y-o-y, according to the National Association of Real Estate Agents (FNAIM), or 13.8% y-o-y to Q3 according to Notaires - INSEE (National Institute for Statistic and Economic Studies).
