The sprawling mansion once owned by the late TV executive Aaron Spelling is the most expensive property on the US market. Set on 4.6 acres in Holmby Hills, California, the 56,500 square-foot house known as The Manor was put on the market by Spelling's widow, Candy, for $150 million.

The Manor heads the list of the residential properties with the biggest price tags in the US. Four other high-priced homes on the list are also in California. Three are in New York, one is in Nevada and another is in Hawaii.
