Hungary. The FHB Bank publishes the quarterly FHB Housing Price Index, which is based on the buying and selling transaction data recorded by the FHB itself, APEH’s database and the national tax authority. It stretches back to 1998. Otthon Centrum, a real estate portal, has quarterly data on the average transaction price of all residential units. The data can be requested through email. The Hungarian Central Statistical office publishes quarterly data on property prices of existing dwellings.
